MSPB Issues Comprehensive Report and Explanation

As senior level Employee and Labor Relations Specialists, we can directly attest to the fact federal employees are routinely fired (removed from federal service).  The false belief, almost legendary at this point, that “you can’t fire a federal employee” is absolutely absurd.  This Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) report supports our view.  The MSPB report was seemingly issued in 2015 in response to false information and political attacks on federal employees; for example, Congressional representatives making statements devoid of any truth in support of their continued attacks on federal employees and government service.  We can only hope they take the time to read this report…..and understand it.
