What is MSPB e-File?

The Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) e-file, also known as “e-Appeal” or “e-appeal online,” is an electronic method of filing your initial MSPB appeal, Pleadings, Addendum’s, as well as checking your existing case status. It is the most convenient and surest way of interacting with MSPB and the Agency, allowing you to file your appeal up to the very last minute of the deadline with guaranteed and verifiable delivery and proper service.  In our experience, it has been an expeditious and reliable system. Of course, you are not obligated to file using this system and could revert to the old method (for now) instead relying on the U.S. Post Office, still a reliable means of delivery.  Using either method, you can continue using the online version of MSPB Form 185 (rev 5/13). MSPB instructions for filing, using either method, are available on the MSPB site at: http://www.mspb.gov/appeals/appeals.htm .

Our consultants can assist you in your filing by directly submitting your appeal and documents or walking you through the process via telephone or a combination of both.
