Note: Due to the volume of calls we receive, the quickest way to receive a response is to submit the form below.

Consultants are not attorneys and make no representation in that regard. All initial consultations are without charge or obligation (they typically last thirty-minutes) and are conducted telephonically. Our consultants typically conduct initial consultations evening, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. You may view the common fee schedule by clicking here and see what we do by clicking here if needed. We answer questions regarding consulting services at this link. The common fee schedule is an agreed upon fee structure by consultants.  All fees are payable in advance through PayPal, Venmo, or Apple Pay to your consultant. All major credit cards are accepted through these services. Fee’s  may be discounted, reimbursed, or directly paid by labor organizations through agreements with such organizations. Fees paid to consultants are not tax deductible and are non-refundable. When you request consultation, the initial consultation will help us, and you, determine whether our services will be useful in your unique situation.

At this time we are not accepting clients from the Veterans Administration (VA) or any subcomponent (VHA, VBA, NCA). This is, in part, due to implementation of new personnel laws (38 USC 714) affecting VA employees in extreme ways. If you are a bargaining unit member, you should contact your local union.  Non-bargaining unit members should seek other appropriate counsel.

Hourly fee: $160 hr ; 4 hr. minimum (billed in .6 hr increments) except for services designated as flat rate.

NOTE ON INFORMATION USE: The information collected through the form below is for one time use and is not stored or shared with any other entity. It is collected for only one purpose- to establish contact only for the initial consultation. Information is destroyed after use.
