We understand costs are a serious concern to potential clients.  This is why we fully disclose our fee structure up front.  We hope this fee structure simplifies the decision making process of potential clients, both employees and unions, in determining whether and how to engage our services. Initial consultations require up to 30 minutes, so be prepared to answer serious questions as we determine whether our services will prove of value to you in your specific situation.

At this time we are not directly accepting clients from the Veterans Administration (VA). If you are a bargaining unit member, you should contact your local union.  Non-bargaining unit members should seek other appropriate counsel.

Min. 4 hr. retainer; case dependent

Our consultants bill on an hourly basis (minimum of 4 hours), with generally no obligation on your part to commit to large retainers. However, there may be exceptions in certain cases as determined by the consultant.  For example, if the scope of work is clearly expected to exceed the minimum retainer of 4 hours. You simply retain a consultant for the amount of hours you believe you need or as agreed to in discussion with a consultant.  There is no obligation other than a 4 hour minimum retainer (case dependent). Our hourly rate is all inclusive and there are no hidden fees.

“Second Opinion” $320 This flat rate provides limited document review and up to 1/2 hr. phone consultation. This service is designed for matters/issues at an early stage (typically, prior to initiation of an appeal or complaint) or at a final stage (such as the need to review a settlement offer).
Review of Report of Investigation (ROI) in Connection with EEO Complaint $450 This flat fee provides a full review of a completed Report of Investigation including analysis of investigated (and amended) claims and evidence.  Our consultant will conduct a telephone conference to discuss findings and recommendations concerning both the viability and sustainability of your claims in the context of either an elected Final Agency Decision (FAD) or request for an EEOC hearing.
