Consultants are not attorneys and make no representation in that regard. All initial consultations are without charge or obligation (they typically last thirty-minutes or less) and are conducted telephonically. Our consultants typically conduct initial consultations evening, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. You may view the common fee schedule by clicking here and see what we do by clicking here if needed. We answer questions regarding consulting services at this link. The common fee schedule is an agreed upon fee structure by consultants. All fees are payable in advance through PayPal, Venmo, or Apple Pay to your consultant. All major credit cards are accepted through these services.
At this time we are not accepting clients from the Veterans Administration (VA) or any subcomponent (VHA, VBA, NCA).
Hourly fee: $175 hr ; 5 hr. minimum (billed in .6 hr increments) except for services designated as flat rate.
Note: All inquiries are triaged by our intake and assigned a priority for response. Regardless of assessed priority, no later than 72 business hours after you request consultation (initial), you will be contacted via e-mail or telephone concerning availability of a consultant for initial intake. You may then schedule a no obligation initial telephonic consultation to determine if you would like to utilize our services. In some cases, the consultant may unilaterally decline to accept your case if he or she does not believe you will benefit from his or her services. We do not accept all cases. When you request consultation (initial), we request you provide sufficient information for our initial assessment and be prepared to answer questions.
